This adjustable dumbbell set is a great solution for a full body workout at home. Each dumbbell can be adjusted to 5 different weights from 2 to 10 kg, allowing you to do a variety of exercises with just one set. The spin-lock mechanism allows for easy and secure attachment and removal of the weight plates. The handles feature a non-slip knurled grip that ensures a firm grip even on sweaty hands. The chrome-plated plates are durable and rust-resistant. Can be used for over 30 exercises including bicep curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, lateral raises. Comes with a storage tray so you don't have to worry about spilling them on the floor. As an alternative to a gym membership, this set offers a professional workout at home.
